Permitted scope

Prohibited uses

Purchaser representations

By creating an account or ordering, the purchaser represents that they are at least 18; are legally permitted and appropriately qualified to acquire and handle the materials; maintain suitable facilities, training and safeguards; and will comply with all applicable laws and institutional requirements.

Laboratory responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for risk assessment, storage, handling, documentation, disposal, access controls and preventing diversion or unauthorized use. Product-specific records and established laboratory procedures should be reviewed before handling.

Order review

Lucem may request additional information, limit quantities, suspend access or decline an order when necessary to address legal, safety, fraud, sanctions, export or suspected-misuse concerns.
